• I. L'Ingresso Milanese (The Arrival Lounge): Inspired by Palazzo Molteni, the transition begins with the rhythmic grid gate and classic Palladiana terrazzo flooring, composing a sacred threshold of detachment from the bustling metropolis.
• II. La Prospettiva Rinascimentale (Living & Dining): Guided by Renaissance geometric proportion and Da Vinci's perspective, the living realm elevates Vincent Van Duysen’s iconic RATIO Kitchen into a sculptural altar of daily gathering.
• III. Lo Studiolo del Duca (Private Study & Lounge): A curated Wunderkammer paying homage to the Duke’s private sanctum, anchored by the rare Waldseemüller Map, Avocadus Green Quartzite, and the sculptural mastery of Gio Ponti’s D.156.3 armchair.
• IV. L'Alta Sartoria (The Master Sanctuary): Translating Milanese bespoke tailoring — from the intricate Asola Milanese stitching to the seamless Gliss Master gallery wardrobe — into pure spatial serenity.
